About Us
OC Workforce Housing was founded in 2024. Our goal is to provide safe, affordable and convenient seasonal housing options for the many individuals that make up the summer workforce in our lovely beach town. Over the years there has been a decline in available rental housing for the seasonal workers that make up the majority of Ocean City’s workforce. Because of this we made the decision to transform the iconic Phillip’s Crab House 21st Street property into a seasonal workforce housing facility.
We work directly with local employers, J1 Visa Sponsor agencies and individual tenants. We manage our facilities in house and handle the lease singing one on one with each tenant.
Our friendly onsite management team is always ready to assist our tenants in getting familiar with the area.
