We require a $250 per bed deposit from the employer to reserve the space. The employer will get this deposit back at the end of the season upon successful completion of the payment schedule by the tenant. We will handle the lease signing, security deposit and rent collection directly with the J1 visa participant and will not hold the employer liable for any other portion of the rent other than the $250 deposit if there is an issue with the tenant completing the payment schedule.
The Phillips House bedrooms sleep 6 tenants per room and the summer seasonal price per bed for the tenant is $,3000 and a discounted rate of $2,800 per bed is available for employers who book by the room instead of by the bed.
The Phillips Plaza bedrooms sleep 4 tenants per room and are only available to reserve by the room and the summer seasonal price is $2,500 per bed.
We require a $250 per bed deposit from the employer to reserve the space. This deposit will be treated as a security deposit for the benefit of the Exchange Visitor. It will be up to the employer if they wish to collect this deposit from their exchange visitor employee(s) upon their arrival in order to recover this expense. The employer will not be held liable for any other portion of the tenants’ rent if there is an issue with them completing the payment schedule.
