The large bedrooms within the apartments are dorm style and sleep 6 per room with each bedroom having its own full bathroom. The property has two laundromats located on the 1st and 2nd floors as well as multiple lounge areas.

The Phillips Plaza is a traditional dorm facility and consists of bedrooms that sleep 4 per room. There is a common area kitchen/ lounge and large Male & Female bathrooms. All Plaza tenants will have full access to the laundromat facilities in the Phillips House building next door.
